We want your Shivom Bliss order to reach you safely and on time. Here’s how we handle shipping:
Where We Ship
We currently ship orders within the United States (all 50 states and Washington D.C.).
We do not ship internationally at this time.
Processing Times
Orders for in-stock items are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).
Preorder items ship according to the estimated timeline shown on each product page or in follow-up emails.
Shipping Rates
Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): $4.99 flat rate
Free Standard Shipping on all orders $35+ (after discounts and before taxes).
Order Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
Some orders may arrive in multiple packages, but you’ll only be charged once for shipping.
Order Changes & Address Edits
If you need to change or cancel your order, email us at Anjalidua@shivombliss.com within 12 hours of purchase and before your order has shipped.
Once shipped, we cannot redirect or cancel deliveries.
Additional Notes
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or official U.S. federal holidays.
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or weather events.
Shivom Bliss is not responsible for items lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. Please ensure that your shipping address is secure.
If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier first to check with your local delivery office. If the issue remains unresolved, email us at Anjalidua@shivombliss.com within 5 business days so we can assist with a claim or replacement review.
We ship to valid residential, business, and P.O. Box addresses within the U.S. Please double-check apartment or suite numbers to avoid delivery delays
