Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

We want you to love every Shivom Bliss purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.


Returns

  • You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  • To qualify, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, email us at anjali@shivombliss.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with easy instructions and a shipping label if eligible.

  • Non-returnable items:

    • Custom/personalized pieces

    • Gift cards

    • Items marked final sale


Exchanges

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details.

  • We will happily exchange the item or offer store credit.

  • For size, color, or style exchanges (if applicable), contact us to confirm stock availability before returning the original item.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you about your refund status.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of defective or wrong items.

  • If you haven’t received your refund after confirmation, allow your bank or credit card company additional time to post the refund.


Return Shipping

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • For defective/damaged/incorrect items, Shivom Bliss will cover return shipping costs.

  • For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • This policy complies with New Jersey state regulations and your full rights under U.S. federal e-commerce law remain protected.
