Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy
We want you to love every Shivom Bliss purchase. If you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.
Returns
You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To qualify, items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
To initiate a return, email us at anjali@shivombliss.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with easy instructions and a shipping label if eligible.

Items marked final sale
Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details.
We will happily exchange the item or offer store credit.
For size, color, or style exchanges (if applicable), contact us to confirm stock availability before returning the original item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you about your refund status.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of defective or wrong items.
If you haven’t received your refund after confirmation, allow your bank or credit card company additional time to post the refund.
Return Shipping
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
For defective/damaged/incorrect items, Shivom Bliss will cover return shipping costs.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
